Gran Canaria Arena, the court we haven't won in the Endesa League for the longest time

17/05/2021

Valencia Basket will return to the competition after ten days without playing to visit the Herbalife Gran Canaria court on Wednesday 19 at 9:15 p.m. in a game that will be the last away-game of the taronja team in the Endesa League Regular Season. The results of the two games left to Jaume Ponsarnau's men have become decisive in the fight to try to reach fourth place (and therefore the home-court advantage in the quarterfinals) since the taronja squad depends on itself and will occupy that fourth position if it wins on the yellow team's court and on Saturday at La Fonteta against Urbas Fuenlabrada. It will not be easy for an opponent who is fighting hand in hand with MoraBanc Andorra, Unicaja and Baxi Manresa to get the last Playoff place that is available. And he will also do so visiting the court where has not won in the Endesa League for the longest time, a Gran Canaria Arena where he has lost in his last four visits and where he has not won since 2016.
