Valencia Basket took the win in its fourth preseason scrimmage game beating Casademont Zaragoza by 61-87 in the third edition of the Pepe Lanzuela Memorial in the men's category. The taronja team was activated after a bad start to the game in which they began conceding a 11-0 run thanks to Puerto (13 points) and increased their defensive performance to turn the score around with a 0-17 run with a leading role for Reuvers (10 points) and especially Touré to lead by four at half-time. In the last action of the first half, Jared Harper injured his left ankle and did not play in the second half as a precaution. In the third act, the final stretch of Jones (14 points) and Davies allowed them to achieve a significant advantage that a moment of inspiration from Inglis extended to twenty. With Touré once again finishing the good collective game to finish with 18 points and Pradilla very active in the final stretch, the advantage continued to increase to culminate with a solid taronja win.
