Valencia Basket starts their fourth Endesa Super Cup facing Unicaja in the semifinals

21/09/2017

Valencia Basket travels to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria to face their fourth Endesa Super Cup, in which the taronja squad will face Unicaja (Friday 22, 19: 30h, Gran Canaria Arena, # 0) in the first semifinal in a clash between the two teams of this edition for which this is the only national title that they lack in their showcases. With the Spanish international players San Emeterio, Sastre and Vives incorporated into the practices of the team only for two days, the taronja team faces the first official tournament of the season with a full infirmary.

To the absence already known of Latavious Williams, they are united the absences of Antoine Diot (discomfort in the knee) and Alberto Abalde (micro-rupture quadrilateral fibril left). Captain Rafa Martínez will continue to make history and will become the player with the most games played in the Super Cup Endesa with Valencia Basket tomorrow, in a meeting that can open to the team taronja the doors of his second final of this tournament (and played in its first participation, in 2010).
