A renewed Real Betis Energía Plus, first test of the Endesa League’s second half at La Fonteta

Valencia Basket returns home to play its first match of the Endesa League’s second half at home vs. Real Betis Energía Plus (Sunday 4, 18:00h, Fonteta, Movistar Deportes 1) in a game in which the Club will pay homage to the 20th anniversary of the Copa del Rey title changing its usual taronja uniform for a white kit that replicates the one used in 1998 and with many more activities.

 

In case that, as expected, Fernando San Emeterio overcome the discomfort in his left knee that prevented him of playing on Thursday in Istanbul, the coach Txus Vidorreta will have eight pro-players to face this meeting since there are six injured players (Dubljevic, Sergi Garcia, Guillem Vives, Sam Van Rossom, Latavious Williams and Antoine Diot) and Croatian Damjan Rudez left the team once he finished his temporary contract with Valencia Basket.

 

The taronja squad will try to make longer its excellent performance at home in the Endesa League (seven wins in row at Fonteta) against one of the rivals that has obtained the best results in the Valencian gym in recent times in Endesa League (three wins in their last six Regular League visits).
