LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF TICKETS “ON-LINE” THROUGH THE WEBSITE www.valenciabasket.com
You are entering into a commercial transaction with VALENCIA BASKET CLUB, S.A.D. (hereinafter, THE ORGANISER) with Tax ID A46406930 and registered address at AVDA. Hermanos Maristas, 16, Valencia.

In compliance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that THE ORGANISER is a Sports Public Limited Company whose domain has been registered with the Valencia Commercial Registry.
Ticket sales are deemed to take place at our registered office and the purchase of the ticket implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions in force at the time of purchase.
The following purchase and sale conditions are intended to set out the terms and explain the details of the ticket purchase transaction by users who acquire tickets via this channel, as well as the rights and obligations inherent to the ticket(s).
GENERAL FEATURES
THE ORGANISER offers any interested person the possibility of purchasing tickets via the Internet to attend the different events it organises.
Users who access THE ORGANISER’s website and, specifically, this ticket purchase section, voluntarily assume and undertake to comply with the terms and conditions of the ticket purchase agreement set out below.FORMALISATION OF THE PURCHASE AND SALE
From the moment the user places an order to purchase one or more tickets, they shall be referred to as the BUYER, and shall be bound as such towards THE ORGANISER, which shall act as the seller.
The purchase made via the Internet by the BUYER and received by THE ORGANISER is a binding contractual transaction.
The BUYER must correctly and fully complete the required details and undertakes not to enter details belonging to third parties.
THE ORGANISER will confirm receipt of the purchase order by email or by other means without delay, and from that moment the purchase and sale shall be concluded and both parties shall be bound to fulfil what has been agreed.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING THE PURCHASE OF TICKETS THROUGH THIS SITE
The purchase of the ticket(s) implies acceptance by the BUYER of the following conditions:
A)
The ticket includes different security measures.
However, the Organisation does not guarantee its authenticity if it has not been purchased through one of the official points or channels of sale.
Any ticket that is amended, torn, damaged, suspected of forgery or unlawfully obtained will authorise the Organisation to deny access to its holder.
The club prohibits the resale of tickets and will not accept any ticket sold through non-official channels.
In such cases, if access to the venue is not permitted, the Organisation declines all responsibility.
A necessary condition for admission is that the ticket is complete and in good condition.
It must be kept until leaving the venue; the rights it grants are forfeited upon leaving.
B)
The number of tickets, the price and the seating location will be selected by the BUYER during the purchase process and may not be modified once the purchase is completed.
C)
Purchasing tickets through the official website includes a printing service, which allows:
Printing the ticket at the end of the purchase process (downloadable PDF).
Saving the file for later printing.
In exceptional circumstances, for technical and/or security reasons, this service may be disabled.
In that case, the BUYER must go to the box office at least 1 hour in advance, providing:
– Credit/debit card used
– ID/passport of the cardholder
– Purchase confirmation
D)
Once purchased, the ticket price will only be exchanged or refunded in the event of cancellation of the event.
The purchaser may request reimbursement within 15 days from the public announcement of the cancellation, following the procedure indicated by THE ORGANISER and providing proof of purchase.
In any case, THE ORGANISER will only refund the ticket price, not other expenses such as hotels, travel, meals, etc.
Failure to request reimbursement within the deadline will be deemed a waiver.
Valid reasons for refunds do not include:
– the BUYER’s inability to attend for reasons beyond THE ORGANISER’s control
– errors made by the BUYER during the purchase process
E)
THE ORGANISER reserves the right to modify dates, times, the announced programme or suspend the event if circumstances so require.
CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND STAY AT THE FACILITIES
A) Right of admission
THE ORGANISER reserves the right of admission at all times.
B)
THE ORGANISER may deny access to or expel the ticket holder from the venue in the event of breach of these conditions or failure to follow staff instructions.
Also if their presence poses a risk to themselves or to other attendees.
The ticket holder shall be responsible for their acts and omissions.
C) General prohibitions on access and stay
Entry will be prohibited to:
• Anyone who does not have a valid season ticket or ticket (including minors from 0 years of age onwards).
• Anyone who has participated in disturbances, does not comply with instructions or poses a risk.
• Anyone who is banned from entering similar venues.
• Anyone who adopts offensive, violent, racist or discriminatory behaviour.
• People who are drunk or under the influence of drugs.
• People who are barefoot or bare-chested.
• Anyone who breaches Law 19/2007 against violence in sport.
D) Access and stay of minors
• Under 16s: only if accompanied by a responsible adult.
• The adult will be responsible for the minor and for compliance with these rules.
• Young people aged 16–18: if they enter alone, they do so under the responsibility of parents/guardians.
E) Prohibited items
It is not permitted to bring in:
• Weapons or any dangerous object.
• Flares, firecrackers, explosives, flammable products or pyrotechnics.
• Objects that could be thrown or that exceed 500 g or 500 ml.
• Balls or similar items.
• Bulky items: suitcases, non-folding umbrellas, helmets, bicycles, skates, baby strollers…
(Only backpacks or bags up to 25 litres are permitted.)
• Flags or banners that are offensive, discriminatory or contrary to the honour of Valencia Basket.
• Flags larger than 2x3m or 3x2m or with a pole without authorisation.
• Megaphones or drums without prior authorisation.
• Professional recording equipment without permission.
• Drugs or prohibited substances.
• Any object prohibited by law.
The Operator is not responsible for losses or thefts.
F) Security checks
Staff may carry out personal searches and inspect bags.
The venue has a cloakroom for items that are not permitted.
G) Drinks
Only water in a transparent container, without a cap, with a maximum of 50 cl is permitted.
Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are not permitted.
The sale of alcohol to minors under 18 is prohibited.
H) Food
Packaged food is permitted provided it is not in rigid containers and does not require cutlery.
I) General conduct
Attendees must:
• Respect these rules and staff instructions.
• Not disturb public order or take part in fights or disorder.
• Not remain in corridors, vomitories, stairways or passage areas.
• Not invade the court or restricted areas.
• Not engage in violent, insulting or discriminatory chants.
• Not disturb or obstruct the visibility of other attendees.
• Not smoke on the premises.
• Not collect statistical data for non-personal purposes.
• Follow instructions in the event of evacuation.
J) Animals
Animals are not permitted, except for accredited assistance dogs.
USE OF PURCHASED TICKETS
A) Tickets must be safeguarded like cash.
The buyer is responsible in the event of duplication or forgery.
B) THE ORGANISER is not responsible for losses or thefts of tickets or belongings.
C) The ticket may not be used for promotional purposes without written authorisation.
D) It is mandatory to keep the ticket throughout the stay.
Failure to show it may be grounds for expulsion.
E) No exchanges or refunds are accepted.
F) Attendees must occupy the assigned seat.
G) Maximum capacities must be respected.
H) Re-entry is not permitted after leaving the venue.
I) Access may be denied for tickets not purchased through official channels.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE AND IMAGE CAPTURE
The Roig Arena venue is under video surveillance.
The event may be broadcast and the attendee’s image may appear in different media.

In the event of extraordinary risk, measures may be adopted such as:
– Prohibition of flags or symbols
– Prohibition of transfer of season tickets
– No ticket sales
– Cancellation of purchased tickets
– Match behind closed doors
– Access conditioned on identification
– Any other necessary measure
These measures also apply to matches declared High Risk in accordance with Law 19/2007.
The public must cooperate with security and authorities.
Non-compliance may result in expulsion and temporary or permanent withdrawal of the season ticket.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The purchase and sale are governed by Spanish law.
The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia, waiving any other jurisdiction.
