Season Ticket Member

1. Accept any seat changes that may be required due to competition regulations, requirements imposed by organizing bodies, or stadium renovation or construction works, among other circumstances.
2. Pay the season ticket fees on time. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or cancellation of the season ticket.
3. In order to renew the season ticket, all payments corresponding to the previous season must be up to date.
4. Compensate the Club for any damage or loss caused to its assets as a result of duly proven actions or omissions by the subscriber.
5. Provide a postal address, an email address, and any other necessary contact details for Club communications, and duly notify any changes. The Valencia Basket Club shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from the failure to update such information.
6. Provide a valid bank account number with a credit institution for the direct debit of season ticket fees.
7. Expressly authorize the Valencia Basket Club to use images (photographs or videos) taken before, during, or after games and training sessions for promotional purposes on its website and social media channels.
8. Exercise all rights associated with the status of subscriber with dignity and respect for the image, reputation, and public standing of the Club, as well as for the honor, dignity, and privacy of other members, staff, athletes, and persons linked to the Club.
9. Access to the stadium using a season ticket of a lower category than that corresponding to the holder is prohibited. In such cases, the Club may withdraw the season ticket until the situation is regularized, including payment of the corresponding fee difference.
10. The sale or transfer for profit, by any means, of season tickets or tickets granting access to sporting events organized by or involving the Club is strictly prohibited.
11. In the event of transfer of a season ticket, the transferring subscriber shall be jointly liable for any infringements committed by the transferee.
12. Any breach committed by a subscriber within Club facilities or during away matches may result in disciplinary sanctions.
13. Subscriber status may only be suspended or revoked individually by decision of the Club in cases of non-compliance.
14. Discounts applied to season tickets are not cumulative and require supporting documentation.
15. In the event of returned payments, an administrative fee of €5 will be charged. Repeated returns may result in full outstanding payment being requested and possible cancellation.
16. Season tickets may not be transferred or renamed except in specific authorized cases:

• Change of name upon presentation of the death certificate.
• Transfer within the same immediate family unit, always subject to the express authorization of both the current holder and the new holder or holders, in the case of minors.

1. No season ticket may be registered in the name of a deceased person.
2. Only the season ticket holder or an authorized person may collect the physical season ticket.
3. Any change of ownership will result in the loss of seniority.

Subscriber Area

To transfer your seat, log in to your personal area and click on your season pass. At the top, you will find the “Transfer my seat” tab. Select the game, enter the details of the person you are transferring it to, and choose how you want them to receive the ticket.

This season, you may transfer your season ticket to a person who does not meet the same eligibility category (child, youth or senior) by paying a surcharge: €5 for women’s team matches and €10 for men’s team matches.

Where to make the payment

You can make the payment online through the corresponding link by purchasing the specific match upgrade you need. To access the venue, you must present both the season ticket and the upgrade at the entrance.

UPGRADE GAMES

You may also make the payment at the Valencia Basket ticket office, during its regular opening hours from Monday to Friday, or on match day from gate opening time.
The ticket office is located outside the venue, opposite the store.

If you are a season ticket holder, you have access to an exclusive discount applicable to ticket purchases and in the official store (online and physical).

Tickets

To apply your discount when buying tickets:

1. Log in with your season ticket account.

2. Select your seats for the games you want.

3. In the checkout, under “Do you have a promotion?”, enter your DNI exactly as it appears on your season ticket (no spaces).

4. Select the tickets to which you want to apply the discount and click Validate.

Important:

• The discount is personal and non-transferable.
• Logging in with your season ticket account is required.
• The DNI must match the one linked to your season ticket.
• Not combinable with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.

Online Store

To apply your discount in the online store:

1. Log in using the email address associated with your season ticket.

2. Add the products you want to your cart.

3. The discount will be applied using the code ABONADO10 before completing your purchase.

Important:

• The discount only applies if you are logged in with the email linked to your season ticket.
• Discounts may take up to 3 working days to activate after your season ticket is issued or renewed.
• Not combinable with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.
• Subject to product conditions and availability.

Physical Store

To apply your discount in official physical stores:

• Show your physical season ticket at the time of purchase.
• Store staff will verify your status as a season ticket holder to apply the corresponding discount.

Important:

• The season ticket must be active and under the name of the person making the purchase.
• The discount is not combinable with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.

The season ticket will be automatically renewed on the date established in the corresponding season ticket campaign for the upcoming season, unless the season ticket holder expressly communicates in writing their intention not to proceed with the renewal before the deadline indicated in the campaign.

Failure to provide explicit notice within the established deadline will be considered as tacit acceptance of the automatic renewal of the season ticket under the terms described above.
