How to apply the discount
If you are an Amic Taronja member, you have access to an exclusive discount applicable to ticket purchases, the Museum & Tour, and the official store (online and physical).
Tickets
To apply your discount when purchasing tickets:
- Log in with your Amic Taronja account.
- Select the seats for the games you want.
- In the cart, under “Do you have a promotion?”, enter your ID exactly as registered (no spaces).
- Select the tickets you want to apply the discount to and click validate.
Important:
- The discount is personal and non-transferable.
- You must be logged in with your Amic Taronja account.
- The ID must match the one linked to your account.
- Not combinable with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
Museum & Tour
Amic Taronja members have access to special personal-use rates for the Valencia Basket Club Museum & Tour:
- Museum & Tour: €8
- Museum Only: €6
To access these rates, the ID number must be entered as a promotional code during the purchase process.
On the day of the visit, it will be mandatory to present the season ticket or Amic Taronja card together with the ID document. If eligibility for the discount cannot be verified, the corresponding difference must be paid at the ticket office.

- The discount applies to one ticket per purchase only.
- If multiple people with discount rights want to buy tickets, they must complete separate purchases.
