A win in the last game of the Regular Season in La Fonteta (79-66)

Basket closes its Regular League at home with a victory in La Fonteta against a
feisty Baxi Ferrol, which it dominated on the scoreboard but never gave up. The
taronjas struck the final blow in the third quarter, when a great run managed
to boost the lead to close to 20 points. Merritt Hempe was the top Taronja
scorer with 14 points, and Awa Fam was the most valued with 17 credits, while
the young Czech player Julie Pospisilova was the most outstanding with 21
points. Rubén Burgos' team mathematically secures the second final place and
will complete the Regular League next week on the Cadí La Seu court.
