(Almost) total exodus due to the 2023 FIBA World Cup Qualifiers
The collective sports activity of the Valencia Basket men's team stops this week with the trip of eleven of the twelve players to the concentrations of their respective national teams to play the games of the second window of the 2023 World Cup Qualifiers.
Josep Puerto, Jaime Pradilla and Xabi López-Arostegui (Spain), Bojan Dubljevic (Montenegro), Sam Van Rossom (Belgium), Louis Labeyrie (France), Klemen Prepelic and Mike Tobey (Slovenia), Martin Hermannsson (Iceland), Neno Dimitrijevic (North Macedonia) and Jasiel Rivero (Cuba) will change their taronja jersey for the colors of their national teams for a week. Spanish international Víctor Claver has not been called up after recently recovering from a long injury to his left foot and will practice alone in Valencia while waiting for his teammates to return.
