Big game at Fonteta in the first European visit of FC Barcelona Lassa

Valencia Basket closes a tour of three games in a row in the Fonteta receiving for the first time in European competition FC Barcelona Lassa (Tuesday 16, 20:30h, Movistar Deportes 1) in a Turkish Airlines Euroleague round 18 game. The taronja squad could meet again with a rotation of only nine professional players, since the confirmed absence of Erick Green could be joined by Sergi Garcia, who today has left the practice session of the team with some discomfort in the back of his left thigh. The long-term injured Guillem Vives, Joan Sastre, Antoine Diot and Latavious Williams remain out for the game.

 

The background is positive for Valencia Basket both in their confrontations at home against Spanish rivals in the Euroleague as in their recent career in the Fonteta vs. FC Barcelona Lassa (the taronja squad has won in the last five meetings).
