Cafés Candelas Breogán returns to Fonteta for the first time since 2005

The last time Valencia Basket and Cafés Candelas Breogán played an official game at Fonteta was in the 2005-06 Endesa League round 1, played in the morning on Sunday, October 16, 2005 and ended with a taronja victory by a score of 74-62. Coach Ricard Casas was premiered on the bench in official game with Vule Avdalovic, Derrick Dial, Mindaugas Timinskas, Dimos Dikoudis and Albert Miralles in the starting-five. The 18 points of Dial and the 15 of Garcés led the victory taronja against a Leche Rio Breogán that formed with Javi Rodríguez, Marco Carraretto, Pete Mickeal (who was the best of theirs with 16 points and 6 rebounds), Djuro Ostojic and Alfons Alzamora. Valencia Basket dominated the game from the beginning with a 28-12 run in the first quarter and kept it under control from the defense causing up to 26 turnovers of the Galician team.
