Valencia Basket

The shooting guard Armoni Brooks (1.94m, Waco, Texas (USA), 06/05/1998, 28 years old) and the forward Elias Valtonen (2.01m, Eura, 06/11/1999, 27 years old) are now officially new Valencia Basket players after completing the medical and physical examinations they underwent today.

The medical evaluation took place between the Quirónsalud Valencia Hospital and the Quirónsalud Mercado de Colón Medical Center, under the supervision of Dr. Vicente Sebastiá, head of medical services for Valencia Basket’s first teams.

As usual, the medical tests consisted of a full examination of the locomotor system, an electrocardiogram, and an echocardiogram.

About Armoni Brooks

The American shooting guard will play the 2026–27 season with our Club on loan from LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne. Last season, while playing for Armani Olimpia Milano, he became one of the top shooters in Europe’s premier competition, finishing as the third‑best player in three‑pointers made per game, averaging 2.7 per night. His EuroLeague stat line featured 13.1 points with 41.6% three‑point accuracy, 3.5 rebounds, and 1.4 assists. In domestic competition, he was the standout performer in Italy, playing a key role in Milano’s treble and being named MVP of the Cup, the Lega Regular Season, and the Finals.

About Elias Valtonen

The Finnish forward joins our Club on a non‑guaranteed contract that, if confirmed, would run through the end of the 2026–27 season. He arrives as a free agent after completing his stint with Covirán Granada, where last season he averaged 9.8 points with 37.1% three‑point shooting, 3.1 rebounds, and 1.3 assists. Adding his previous time with Baxi Manresa to his last three seasons with the Andalusian team, Valtonen has accumulated experience in 118 Liga Endesa games across five seasons.
