Helena Pueyo, outside talent for Valencia Basket

WOMEN'S TEAM

Valencia Basket has wrapped up its eighth season in the top flight, a campaign marked by the rising level of play and the increasing demands of the competitions, having lifted the Queen’s Cup and secured its fourth consecutive Spanish Women’s League title. Eleven trophies have been added to the team’s trophy case over the past six years, reflecting the consolidation of the project and the merit of competing for every title year after year.

With the goal of continuing to compete at the highest level for all titles, the Club has reached an agreement with forward Helena Pueyo (25 years old, Spain, 1.83m) for her to join the team for the next two seasons, through the 2027/28 season.

The Spanish player will thus join Leticia Romero, Raquel Carrera, Elena Buenavida, and María Araújo for the upcoming season—players who currently have active contracts with the Club.
