Kamila Borkowska: More Height and Youth for Valencia Basket
WOMEN'S TEAM
Valencia Basket has wrapped up its eighth season in the top division, a season marked by the rising level of play and the increasing demands of the competitions, having won the Copa de la Reina and its fourth consecutive Endesa Women’s League title. Eleven trophies have been added to the Taronja’s trophy case over the past six years, reflecting the consolidation of the project and the merit that comes with competing for every title year after year.
With the goal of continuing to compete at the highest level for all its objectives, the club has reached an agreement with center Kamila Borkowska (23 years old, Poland, 2.01m) for her to join the team next season.
The center will thus join Alexis Peterson, Alicia Flórez, Virag Takacs-Kiss, Marta Suárez, Helena Pueyo, Leticia Romero, Raquel Carrera, Elena Buenavida, and María Araújo for the upcoming season—all of whom currently have active contracts with the Club.
