Immersive experience
Step into the Valencia Basket universe. Whenever the tour can be conducted, you will be able to visit the club’s working areas: press room, mixed zone, players’ area, and the tunnel leading onto the court, as well as enjoy a panoramic view of the interior bowl of Roig Arena, subject to event availability.
Throughout the visit, you will wear an interactive wristband that you can keep as a souvenir, and you will have the option to purchase your slam dunk photo to complete the experience.
The Tour route may vary depending on sporting activity and the schedule of Roig Arena. As it takes place in real working areas of the club, the itinerary is adapted at all times to ensure the proper operation of training sessions, events, and other activities, and the accessible areas may be modified without prior notice.
To adapt to sporting activity and venue operations, the Valencia Basket Museum offers two ticket options, with one guided visit format defined in advance for each day (not selectable).
Museo & Tour
Available when sporting activity and venue scheduling allow it. It includes the full experience: access to the Museum and a tour through the real working areas of the club, as well as an interior panoramic view of Roig Arena (whenever possible).
Museum Only
Available when the Tour cannot be conducted. It includes full access to the Museum’s historical and interactive areas, still ensuring a dynamic, engaging, and exciting experience.

Punctuality is required. It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the visit. The organisation reserves the right of admission and the right to allow or deny access once the visit has started.

Guided visit

- On event or match days, only the Museum visit will be available.
- The visit lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes for the Museum & Tour option, and 45 minutes for the Museum Only option.

For bookings of more than 20 people, the form available at the bottom of this page must be completed. The team will manage the visit in a personalised way.
Season Ticket Holders and Amics Taronja
Season ticket holders and Amics Taronja members have access to a special rate for personal use only.
To access this rate, the ID number must be entered as a promotional code during the purchase process.
On the day of the visit, it will be mandatory to present the season ticket along with the ID. If eligibility for the discount cannot be verified, the difference must be paid at the box office.
Access
Access to the Museo & Tour Valencia Basket is through the official Valencia Basket store, located at Roig Arena.
The entrance is located next to Gate D and beneath the main staircase of Gate C, in a clearly identifiable area of the venue.
Accessibility
The Tour is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
The visit is not recommended for children under 6 years old.
Access with baby strollers is not allowed.
There is no cloakroom service available at the venue.
