Valencia Basket Club would like to apologize for the issues some season ticket holders are encountering with their season tickets payments for the upcoming season.

The errors are due to a malfunction in the Enterticket platform used for the payment process, and the club will address all incidents. Additionally, the platform will be changed in the coming days to prevent future issues.

Any incorrect payments, as well as the second payment for those who selected the two-installment option, will be refunded.

We kindly ask that any issues be reported via email to abonos@valenciabasket.com, and each case will be addressed accordingly.
