Valencia Basket would like to apologize to its season ticket holders for the incidents that have occurred in recent hours regarding the second payment for season tickets. Due to technical errors, the payment has not been processed correctly in some cases. The Club will refund the amount charged in all cases, including those who did pay the correct amount, so all season ticket holders who have made the payment will receive their money back in the next few hours.

The Club will continue to work to resolve the issue and the payment will not be made again until it can be guaranteed that it will be successful.
