Pedro Martínez draws Miki Vukovic as the coach with the most games in charge of our men’s team 

Coach Pedro Martínez is coaching this afternoon at Real Madrid’s arena in his 231st game in charge of the Valencia Basket men’s team. This figure allows him to draw with Miki Vukovic at the top of the club’s all-time list of games as head coach of our professional men’s team.

The Catalan coach is sitting on the taronja bench this afternoon for his 141st game in the Liga Endesa, to which he adds 83 European competition games, 5 Copa del Rey games, and 2 Supercopa Endesa games, reaching the same total as Vukovic as head coach of Valencia Basket.

On June 15, 2025, with the victory that secured a place in the club’s third acb final, Martínez drew level with Miki at the top of the all-time wins list with the men’s team, reaching the 143 victories achieved by “the Maestro.” That ranking is now led outright by Pedro, with 171 wins, pending the result of this afternoon’s game.
