Solid performance to claim the third acb win in Lleida (78-99)

Valencia Basket closed the week with a solid performance that allowed the team to take the victory on the always challenging court of Hiopos Lleida by 78-99, earning their third win in the Liga Endesa. The taronja team fell behind in the first quarter due to a moment of inspiration from Batemon, but stayed close thanks to points from Costello and Thompson, gradually improving throughout the second quarter with better control under the boards, which led to an 2–11 run that sent them ahead at halftime.

The home team reacted at the start of the third quarter to narrow the gap, but Valencia Basket stayed intense on defense, and once Pradilla found his scoring rhythm, they were able to extend their lead heading into the final quarter. The defensive intensity of Isaac Nogués helped close out the game, containing the comeback attempts from the maroon team and keeping Valencia Basket undefeated in national competition.
