Valencia Basket closes its second stretch of back-to-back games at the Roig Arena against FC Bayern Munich 

Valencia Basket men’s team closes its run of four consecutive home games with its third matchup in five days, hosting FC Bayern Munich (Tuesday 25th, 8:30 PM, Roig Arena, Movistar+ Deportes) in a game corresponding to Round 13 of the EuroLeague. 

The taronja team will not have it easy as they try to secure their second sweep in a four-game home stretch this season against an opponent that plays at a very different pace, boasts one of the best defenses in the competition, and ranks as the second-best team in the EuroLeague in defensive rebounding. Bayern’s roster also includes two players with a taronja past: Stefan Jovic and Vladimir Lucic.

The precedents, however, are favorable for Valencia Basket, which has very good records both against this opponent at home and when hosting German teams in our city. Coach Pedro Martínez will have his full roster available for this game, with the only question mark being Kameron Taylor’s condition after the illness that prevented him from playing on Sunday. Valencia Basket begins this round in seventh place in the EuroLeague with a 7–5 record.
