Valencia Basket ends the first phase of the EuroLeague Women with a victory (81-58)
J6 EUROLEAGUE WOMEN
Valencia Basket delivers at the Roig Arena and ends the first phase of the EuroLeague Women on a high note with a victory over DVTK HUNTHERM. On a day when they were not particularly accurate from outside, the Taronja team found solutions in the paint, especially in a colossal Kayla Alexander, who recorded a double-double in points and rebounds, with a rating of nearly 40. Rubén Burgos's team thus ends the first phase in second place with a 4-2 record. In the second phase, Valencia Basket will be in Group F alongside Fenerbahce and DVTK, whom they will not have to face again, and Basket Landes, Umana Reyer Venezia, and Casademont Zaragoza, whom they will have to face in a home-and-away format. All the results from the first phase carry over, so the Taronja will start the second phase with that 4-2 record.
