Valencia Basket is looking for its first EuroLeague Women win against CS Rapid Bucuresti
R3 EUROLEAGUE WOMEN
Valencia Basket faces its third consecutive European competition game at the Roig Arena, hosting CS Rapid Bucuresti in Week 3 of the EuroLeague Women (Wednesday, October 28, 8:00 p.m., Roig Arena, Movistar Baloncesto 2, and À Punt Web). Javi Torralba’s team is looking to secure its first victory in Europe’s top competition against a team making its EuroLeague Women debut, which has suffered two lopsided losses to start this first phase. Although the Taronja’s start hasn’t gone as expected, the team has another chance to get its first win against the Romanian squad. Once again, the Spanish coach won’t be able to count on all of his professional players, so young players will round out the roster.
