Valencia Basket kicks off its fifth EuroLeague Women season against Fenerbahce Opet at the Roig Arena

R1 EUROLEAGUE WOMEN

Valencia Basket returns to the Roig Arena to kick off its fifth EuroLeague Women campaign, facing the defending champion, Fenerbahce Opet (Wednesday, October 14, 8:00 p.m., Roig Arena, Movistar Vamos, and À Punt Web). Javi Torralba’s team is looking to get off to a strong start in Europe’s top competition against the strongest team in the league—a team they’ve faced in every previous appearance but have yet to defeat. Valencia Basket will still be without Elena Buenavida and Kendra Chery due to injury, so they’ll field a roster of 10 professional players.
