Valencia Basket looking to replicate its Roig Arena performance vs. Kosner Baskonia

Valencia Basket men's team returns home to face Kosner Baskonia once again, less than a month after their EuroLeague clash, this time in a game corresponding to Round 5 of the Liga Endesa (Sunday 25, 5:00 p.m., Roig Arena, DAZN / Movistar+ / Orange / Vodafone TV).

After opening a new stretch of congested fixtures on Friday with a victory on the court of Paris Basketball, Xavi Albert’s men will count on the support of the Roig Arena crowd to find every ounce of available energy as they look to overcome an opponent that has left our city with a domestic league victory in six of its last seven visits.

The most recent meeting in European competition, however, went Valencia Basket’s way, with the taronja side claiming a 111-88 win on September 29.

In a matchup between the two most efficient offensive teams, Valencia Basket will need to prevent Baskonia’s defense from disrupting its shooting effectiveness, as the Vitoria-based side is the team that reduces opponents’ three-point and overall field-goal percentages the most.

All fifteen players on Valencia Basket’s professional roster are available for this game.

Valencia Basket currently sits seventh in the Liga Endesa standings with a 2-2 record.
