Valencia Basket opens its preseason with a win over Casademont Zaragoza (88–81)

Valencia Basket men’s team played its first preseason game, defeating Casademont Zaragoza in Benicarló by 88–81. The team led for most of the first half and regained control in the third quarter thanks to Brooks’ outside shooting and the impact of Álvaro Cárdenas. The game remained tight until the end, but the taronja side reached the final five minutes in better shape, and Shorts sealed the victory for Valencia.
