Valencia Basket returns to the Roig Arena to host Anadolu Efes Istanbul 

Valencia Basket men’s team returns home after securing two important road wins last week, aiming to keep their positive momentum going as they host Anadolu Efes Istanbul (Thursday 11th, 8:30 PM, Roig Arena, Movistar+ Deportes) in a Round 15 EuroLeague matchup. 

The taronja squad will count on the support of their fans as they look for a victory that would mark a new all-time best start for the club in Europe’s top competition, facing an opponent against whom they have a good record when playing in our city (six wins in seven previous meetings).

Pedro Martínez’s men will have a tough task trying to impose their pace against the opponent that plays with the fewest possessions in the competition, in a game featuring two teams that obtain a high percentage of their points from three-point range. 

Forward Xabi López-Arostegui (with a muscle injury in his right leg) will be the only confirmed absence due to injury, while there is uncertainty over whether American player Braxton Key will return to the squad after missing the last two games and just recently rejoining team practices.

Valencia Basket enters this round in fourth place in the EuroLeague with a 9–5 record.
