Joan Peñarroya, introduced as a new coach with the support of Caixa Popular

The Catalan coach was introduced this morning as the new coach of Valencia Basket in a ceremony that took place at the Caixa Popular headquarters in the city of Valencia. Peñarroya, who comes to the taronja club from Hereda San Pablo Burgos, a team with which he won three titles: Basketball Champions League (2019-20 and 2020-21) and the FIBA ​​International Cup in 2021, will be in command of the squad during the 2021-22 season.
