María Eraunzetamurgil leaves Valencia Basket
Valencia Basket has reached an agreement with international forward María Eraunzetamurgil “Zeta” (1998, Spain, 1.85m) to terminate the contract that united the two sides until June 30, 2026.
María arrived at the taronja discipline in June 2023, from Movistar Estudiantes, a club in which she played part of the 2023-24 season on loan. On January 2, 2024, the player permanently joined the Taronja squad, wearing the Taronja shirt 45 times between last and the current season.
María has won three titles as a taronja, two of the three from last season's triplet, the Copa de la Reina and the Endesa Women's League for the 2023-24 season, as well as the LF Endesa Super Cup for the current season, 2024-25.
The Club wants to thank the professionalism and work carried out by María Eraunzetamurgil during the time she has defended the colors of Valencia Basket, and wishes her the best in her future, both professionally and personally.
