Matt Thomas underwent surgery in the right quadriceps
Valencia Basket player Matt Thomas had surgery this morning to perform surgical drainage of an important encapsulated hematoma in his right quadriceps.
The operation took place at the IMED Valencia hospital and was carried out by Dr. Ignacio Muñoz, Valencia Basket head of the medical services.
The taronja shooting guard will need a few days of rest, followed by a recovery process to strengthen the affected muscle. Its evolution will mark the deadlines for its incorporation to the practices.
