Official statement: Resolution of the Single Judge of Competition
Valencia Basket has been informed that the Single Judge of the ACB Competition has ruled to dismiss and close the disciplinary file opened due to Amida Brimah's participation in the match against La Laguna Tenerife.
The Single Judge has determined that the player had been expressly authorized and had ACB validation to play in the game against the Canary Islands team.
Furthermore, after analyzing the claims from all parties, the Single Judge has concluded that there was no improper alignment, as the facts did not fall under the provisions of Article 43.f of the FEB Disciplinary Regulations.
