Remarkable performance of Josep Puerto in the FIBA U20 European Championship
Spain U20M national team finished their participation in the FIBA U20 European Championship this afternoon with a convincing victory against Italy by 85-60 that allowed them to secure the seventh position in the tournament. In a match dominated from the first quarter by the Spanish team, Valencia Basket forward Josep Puerto has lowered his usual track presence with 19 minutes on the court against the Italians, in which he has contributed with 5 points and 4 rebounds to the triumph of the national team. Puerto has started all seven games in this FIBA U20 European Championship and has credited a 9,4 points, 4,7 rebounds, 1 steal and 7 PIR in 26 minutes played on average.
