Resolution of the Joint Committee on the offer made to Darío Brizuela
The joint commission of the ACB-ABP Collective Agreement has resolved that the offer made by Valencia Basket to the player of the Movistar Estudiantes Darío Brizuela does not present irregularities of any kind and was “in accordance with the Agreement, in accordance with the documents provided and other circumstances occurred and known for the Commission”.
