Second round in the FIBA Windows for our international players
The four players of
Valencia Basket called by their national teams will play tomorrow the second
and last of the games scheduled for this FIBA windows before returning to our
city to rejoin the practices with their teammates. Spanish internationals
Alberto Abalde and Sergi García will try to help the national team get the
ticket for the 2019 World Cup, something that Spain would guarantee with a win vs.
Ukraine. Montenegro NT captained by Bojan Dubljevic defends at home vs. Turkey
the qualifying spot for that World Cup to which they climbed after winning two
days ago in Latvia. A victory by Belgium's Sam Van Rossom in Portugal would
guarantee the presence of the Belgian Lions in the next round of the qualifiers
for the 2021 Eurobasket.
