The Euroleague returns to Fonteta with the visit of an improved ALBA Berlin

Valencia Basket men's team will try to maintain its good performance at home in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague hosting ALBA Berlin (Thursday 2, 8:30 p.m., Fonteta, #Vamos) in a top continental competition round 6 game.

 

The Taronja team puts its unbeaten record at home in this tournament at stake in a game in which the taronja squad hopes to have the support of its fans to equal its best start in the Euroleague.

 

And it does so against an opponent that Valencia Basket knows well (it is the second most frequent opponent in Taronja's continental history) and against which it has good precedents (7-1 in Fonteta), although it is the only German team that has won in the Valencian court (the balance is 24-1 against rivals of this nationality in our gym).

 

Against a team that is little by little rediscovering the hallmarks of its Dynamic game, Valencia Basket will need to show a good defensive version and maintain its good performance on the rebound to control a dangerous rival.

 

With the only confirmed absence of the long-term injured Martin Hermannsson, coach Álex Mumbrú will have to leave out two of the fourteen professional players he has available to face this game.
