The Liga Endesa returns to La Fonteta with the visit of Joventut Badalona

Valencia Basket men's first team returns to La Fonteta to play their first home game of the season in the Liga Endesa against Joventut Badalona (Saturday, October 5, 20:45, Deportes por M+) in a match for the second round of the national competition.

The orange team will look to extend the positive vibes from their home opener against a well-performing opponent who has shown solid form at the start of the season.

Although the historical records favor the orange team, the green-and-black side won at La Fonteta in 2021, and in their last three visits, they fell on the orange court in closely contested matches. Additionally, just over a month ago, Joventut won a friendly match held in Sant Julià de Vilatorta by 83-82.

While injuries continue to affect the point guard position with Chris Jones and Sergio De Larrea sidelined, Croatian Goran Filipovic may see his first minutes in the Liga Endesa in this game after debuting on Wednesday against Veolia Towers Hamburg.
