Valencia Basket opens the Endesa League second half visiting Monbus Obradoiro’s court

Valencia Basket is thrown back on the road to play less than 48 hours after his last commitment of the Turkish Airlines Euroleague the first match of the second half of the Endesa League, which takes the taronja squad to visit the court of Monbus Obradoiro (Sunday 28, 18:00h, Fontes Do Sar, Movistar Deportes 1). The taronja team travels to Galicia with a serious problem in the ‘one’ position, because after the back injury that the Belgian Sam Van Rossom suffered in yesterday's game vs. Khimki Moscow Region, the four point guards of the professional roster and the 2nd team PG Andrés Rico are injured and will not be able to participate in this game. Neither the centers Bojan Dubljevic and Latavious Williams for a total of six players of the professional roster absent for tomorrow.

 

The backcourt players will have to assume the playmaker rol in Santiago. In a duel between two of the best defenses of the championship, and despite all these setbacks, Valencia Basket will try to prolong its good streak against this opponent (has won in the last 11 meetings) in one of the courts that historically are more favorable among those of the current Endesa League.
