Valencia Basket seeks to defend the Fonteta again hosting KIROLBET Baskonia in Euroleague

Valencia Basket repeats at home just two days after adding its third win in a row and does so to host KIROLBET Baskonia on the Turkish Airlines Euroleague round 14 (Tuesday 17, 21: 00h, Fonteta, DAZN) in a game in which the Taronja squad will try to extend its good moment as a local in European competition (chained four wins at home) to continue looking up and look for what would be a new record of victories in a row in Valencia in Euroleague.

 

Given the importance of the meeting, the Club wants to dye the stands with our corporate color and will make a promotion with all types of scarves at a single price of six euros to cheer the team with a Taronja Scarf. The Valencian team has in its favor the historic in Fonteta both against the Vitorian team (2-1 in the Euroleague) and against Spanish and local rivals in European competitions (13-4 in favor of the Taronja team).

 

Coach Jaume Ponsarnau has the only confirmed injury of the point-guard Guillem Vives (grade 1 strain in the sole of his left leg), so the staff will have to make a second discard for this game. Valencia Basket reaches this game in 14th position, with a balance of 5-8 in the standings.
