Valencia Basket to retire Rafa Martinez's No.17 jersey in October 2nd

Valencia Basket will retire the number 17 of its eternal captain Rafa Martínez and will rename court 3 of L'Alqueria del Basket in honor of the shooting guard from Santpedor in a double event that will take place on Sunday, October 2, before and after the home premiere of the Valencia Basket in the Endesa League in a game that will face Joventut Badalona at 6:30 p.m. Before the start of this match, at 5:30 p.m., Rafa will reveal his name on the new court 3 of L'Alqueria del Basket in an act open to fans who want to come and share that moment with him. Immediately after the conclusion of the match against the Green and Black team, Rafa Martínez's #17 will go up to the sky of La Fonteta to become the third number retired in the history of the entity along with Víctor Luengo's #15 and Nacho Rodilla's #11.
