Valencia Basket wants to get strong again in Fonteta to host FC Bayern Munich
Valencia Basket will try to re-assert the home-court advantage in Turkish Airlines Euroleague to host for the first time in this competition FC Bayern Munich (Friday 15, 21:00h, Fonteta, DAZN) in a round 8 game. The Taronja squad wants to break their bad streak of three losses in a row at the start of a Marathon in which they will play four straight games at home in a seven-day journey.
Although Sam Van Rossom is sidelined (had surgery on his left knee on Wednesday), Coach Ponsarnau has the rest of his squad available to face this game. The story is favorable to the interests of the Taronja team, which has not only won Bayern on the two occasions they have faced so far, but also has a perfect 17-0 balance at home against German rivals in European competitions.
