Valencia Basket withstood a comeback attempt and sharp shooting from Fenerbahçe Beko Istanbul to secure a hard-fought 86-78 victory at the Roig Arena. Valencia controlled the game from the start and remained composed when the visitors rallied in the final quarter; ultimately, it was Shorts—along with a decisive three-pointer from Brooks—who sealed the win.

Quotes by Xavi Albert

“An important victory—not just because it adds another win to our record, but because of how it unfolded, the opponent we faced, and the way the game played out in the final stretch. We had a very strong start, controlling the tempo and imposing our will against what our opponent wanted to do. The halftime break highlighted our defensive improvements, and in the second half, through tactical adjustments, we found ways to generate offense against one of the best defensive teams in the league. The team put in a tremendous effort, especially on the offensive glass, which proved to be the most critical factor today.”
