Top-seeded in the acb Playoffs after the win on Bàsquet Girona’s Court (85-91)

Valencia Basket’s men's team secured a top seed in the Liga Endesa Playoffs for the 13th time in the last 15 finished Regular Seasons after defeating Bàsquet Girona 85-91 in a tough game that required a strong collective effort, even though we led for most of the game. The "taronja" team gained a small lead in the first quarter, which they managed to maintain by halftime thanks to controlling Girona’s offensive rebounds and hitting five three-pointers in the second half of the second quarter. Despite the home team's strong performance in the paint, Valencia kept a narrow lead at the break.

After halftime, Bàsquet Girona came out strong and briefly took the lead, but Valencia Basket quickly responded to regain control and never surrendered it again. In the third quarter, Ojeleye's scoring was key; at the start of the fourth, it was Jones who stepped up, and in the closing stretch, Brancou Badio once again proved decisive in securing the win.
