Valencia Basket kicks off the LF Endesa playoff semifinals at home against Spar Girona (Thursday, May 7, 7:00 p.m., Roig Arena, Teledeporte). In this home-and-away format, and playing without home-court advantage, the Taronja squad aims to build a lead in this first game, playing strong in front of their home crowd, to head into the second and decisive game at Fontajau with a solid advantage. This marks the seventh consecutive time Valencia Basket has qualified for the semifinals, a round they have advanced from in their five previous appearances, losing only in their very first attempt. Rubén Burgos will have all twelve available professional players at his disposal.
