Valencia Basket begins a very demanding final week of the ACB Regular Season on the road vs. Casademont Zaragoza

Valencia Basket men’s team will make up its postponed Liga Endesa Round 31 game to begin a three-game week ahead of the start of the acb Playoffs, as they travel to face Casademont Zaragoza (Tuesday 26th, 9:15 p.m., Príncipe Felipe Arena, DAZN). 

Having wrapped up their EuroLeague campaign in third place — their best-ever finish — and after a month of tremendous physical, mental, and emotional strain between the playoff series against Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens and their first-ever Final Four appearance, the orange team now turns its attention to the final stretch of the Liga Endesa season. They need to keep adding wins to stay in the race first to secure a seeded position and then to challenge for second place in the standings, in a battle where none of the other contenders are slipping up.

Although recent meetings have favored Valencia Basket, including emphatic victories in their last visit to Zaragoza and in the first-round matchup this season, they will face a determined opponent that sees this game as its final home opportunity to earn points and escape the relegation zone. 

Valencia Basket will continue to be without injured players Xabi López-Arostegui and Josep Puerto. 

The orange team begins this round in fifth place in Liga Endesa with a 22–9 record, although they have played one fewer game than Barça and Kosner Baskonia, and two fewer than UCAM Murcia.
