Victory in Tenerife and on the way to the third Endesa League final in our history (87-94)

ValenciaBasket qualified for its third Endesa League final after winning a tough thirdsemifinal game on the La Laguna court in Tenerife, 87-94. Valencia Basketstruggled to contain the home team's shooting, which, driven by the support ofits fans, started off very well and built a lead of up to fourteen points.Lacking success from outside (1 of 9 on three-pointers at halftime), ValenciaBasket increased the intensity at the back, allowing only six points in thefinal seven minutes of the third quarter to reduce its deficit at halftime.Although the home team came out stronger after halftime, the third quartercompletely changed the game, with the team just as intense at the back andfinding success to score 33 points that allowed them to enter the final quarterwith an advantage. The black and gold team tried to react and came close, butthey found themselves up against the personality and accuracy of Brancou Badio,who defended Valencia's advantage and reached the final stretch with a smalladvantage that the orange team knew how to protect despite the attempts of aproud black and gold team.
