We are delighted to welcome you to the Valencia Basket Hospitality areas. Below you will find some basic guidelines that help us ensure the comfort and well-being of all our guests.
DRESS CODE: CASUAL
- Sportswear or clothing unsuitable for a premium environment is not permitted.
- Wearing merchandise or any badge, emblem or garment referring to the visiting team is not permitted.
ACCESS
- Doors open 1 hour and 30 minutes before tip-off during the men’s season and 1 hour before during the women’s season.
- Access to the VIP Area and Courtside is through Gate A of the Roig Arena.
- Access to the Suites is through Gate B of the Roig Arena.
COURTSIDE
If your seat is courtside, please also note the following:
- During half-time, you can enjoy catering in an exclusive lounge next to the court. Our staff will tell you how and when to access it.
- For safety reasons, food and drink may not be consumed during the game in any Courtside section.
- To avoid disturbing players, coaching staff, broadcast crews or other fans, standing during the game is not permitted in sections CSL, CSV, VIP TL and VIP TV.
PLEASE NOTE:
The Club reserves the right of admission and the right to relocate guests outside the Hospitality areas if any of these rules are not followed, with no refund or compensation of any kind.
