Awa Fam and Elena Buenavida return to Valencia Basket's team

Valencia Basket has once again closed out a historic season, winning its third consecutive Endesa Women's League title and adding a ninth trophy to its collection in the last five years. It has been a season in which the Taronja women's team has proven itself to be increasingly consolidated at the top of Spanish and European basketball.

With the aim of continuing to compete at the highest level for all objectives, the Club has brought back Awa Fam (18 years old, Spain, 1.92m), with a contract until 2029, and Elena Buenavida (21 years old, Spain, 1.74m), with a contract until 2027, to form part of the women's team. The young players arrive after a season on loan at Lointek Gernika and will fully join Rubén Burgos' team.

The Spanish players will join Kayla Alexander, Marija Lekovic, Alina Iagupova, Raquel Carrera, Leo Fiebich, Queralt Casas, Leticia Romero, and Cristina Ouviña, who all have current contracts with the club, for the upcoming season.
