María Araújo, more Spanish talent for Valencia Basket

Valencia Basket has once again closed out a historic season, winning its third consecutive Endesa Women's League title and adding a ninth trophy to its collection in the last five years. It has been a season in which the Taronja women's team has proven itself to be increasingly consolidated at the top of Spanish and European basketball.

With the aim of continuing to compete at the highest level for all objectives, the Club has reached an agreement with María Araújo (27 years old, Spain, 1.82m) to join the team for the next two seasons.

The Spanish international will join Awa Fam, Elena Buenavida, Kayla Alexander, Marija Lekovic, Alina Iagupova, Raquel Carrera, Leo Fiebich, Queralt Casas, Leticia Romero, and Cristina Ouviña, players who have current contracts with the Club, for the coming season.
