"As expected, and quite naturally, it was a very physical game. We struggled a bit because, for many stretches of the game, we were off target. We were getting very good shots, but not making them, and that affects your confidence. However, there came a point when they started to suffer physically, toward the end of the third quarter and the beginning of the fourth. At that stage, we were more accurate, we were able to run the floor, force a few turnovers, and that allowed us to break the game open.

It was a very important win because we knew it would be a very difficult game, and that proved to be the case. I think many of our players made very positive contributions. We played well as a team and defended quite well. We did have a difficult stretch at the beginning of the third quarter, when they disrupted us defensively. Overall, though, we defended well and rebounded well, both offensively and defensively. That was decisive. Our defense allowed us to get out and run, and our offensive rebounding gave us some additional opportunities."
